matisse -

Okay, so this is my Matisse inspired piece and it isn't exactly complete, but it is close enough. The hair is my favorite part, the rest of it I am less than thrilled with, but I suppose it can always be fixed to my liking. I think I am still putting in too much...perfectionism for it to really be considered "expressionism", so I think I may just take a brush and attack it with paint (aka express myself). It was a good lesson, I really enjoyed the prompt and I will probably do more in the future, but probably not of people. I get too over perfectionist on people. So yeah, good lesson, almost good product.
